Senior Compliance Expert with English

Main Responsibilities:

• Research and analyze licensing and certification requirements for new markets and products;
• Conduct GAP analysis, confirm compliance, and align regulatory requirements with product specifications;
• Review, document, and monitor platform reporting, regulatory integrations, and Responsible Gambling requirements;
• Test product compliance and prepare the necessary documentation for certification;
• Collaborate with various departments and communicate with accreditation and regulatory bodies;
• Ensure timely completion of certification packages and compliance documentation;
• Participate in internal audits, process optimizations, and monitor regulatory updates.

• Experience in the gambling industry is required (min 3 years);
• Proficient in verbal and written English;
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of software development;
• High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines under pressure;
• Excellent time management and communication abilities;
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision;
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat;
• Experience in audit and/or compliance is advantageous.
