VIP Sales & Account Manager with German
Main Responsibilities:
- Build strong, long-term relationships with high-value clients
- Assessing VIP client needs and recommending suitable solutions;
- Monitor client activity to anticipate needs and offer tailored rewards;
- Review player performance for bonus and promotion eligibility;
- Ensure all actions follow relevant regulations and company policies

This would be the right role for you if you have:
- Excellent verbal and written German (C1 Level);
- Very good level of English (B2 – C1 Level);
- Previous sales or account management experience is a plus;
- Experience in the development of sales strategy;
- Exceptional listening and interpersonal skills, with a solutions-oriented mindset and a strong passion for ensuring customer satisfaction.
