Become a key player to lead and optimize the day-to-day operations of live casino studio. Your leadership and expertise will contribute significantly to companies reputation for excellence and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with management on defining, developing and implementing strategies of Live Casino operational workflow processes
Monitor and analyse performance to identify areas of improvement and drive continuous, uninterrupted and smooth operation
Being a role model, developing and mentoring a team, addressing employee performance and corrective action plans
Maintain continuous communication flow within the team, with subordinates, other departments and management
Manage compliance, safe and efficient working environment, optimize supply chain and expenses
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field; a Master’s or MBA is advantageous
3+ years' experience in Online Casino/iGaming across local/international markets
Experience with organization management, including leadership
Track record of developing and managing live operations, and delivery.
Ability to cope with a fast-paced, complex and rapidly changing environment.
Professional proficiency in English & excellent presentation skills
