‍Telecommunications advisor with German (Chat or Phone)

Your main responsibilities will be:‍

1. Responding to chat or telephone inquiries about the company's services and policies and providing information on other similar matters;
2. Providing advice and assistance to customers;
3. Forwarding more complex inquiries to team leaders or experts;
4. Working with specialized software.
