What You’ll Do:

• Build and maintain strategic client relationships across various industries.
• Acquire and onboard new corporate clients to expand our portfolio.
• Drive new business opportunities and achieve revenue targets.
• Engage with business owners and top-level management to develop tailored HR solutions.
• Participate in industry conferences, networking events, and client meetings to represent HRS Bulgaria.
• Deliver persuasive presentations and create customized service proposals to meet client needs.
• Collaborate closely with our expert recruitment team to exceed client expectations.

What We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years of experience in B2C sales or business development (preferably in a service-oriented business).
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and partnership management skills.
• University degree and excellent command of English (B2/C1).
• Clear driver’s license
• Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
