Sales Team Lead with Romanian
Main Responsibilities:
- Motivate and engage a team of Sales Agents with Romanian;
- Help resolve interpersonal issues;
- Assist in closing more complicated sales calls;
- Organise the workflow of the team;
- Take part in the 1:1 meeting and Performance Improvement Plans.

- Excellent verbal and written Romanian (C1 Level);
- Very good level of English (B2 Level);
- At least 1 year of Team Lead experience;
- Experience in sales is a plus.
