HR Operations Specialist with Italian

Main responsibilities:

• Manage the complete lifecycle of an employee (from hiring to Retirement);
• Comply with Service Level Agreements (SLA);
• Track and Report Service Delivery;
• Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics like the total number of hires by department
• Develop training and onboarding material
• Respond to employees' questions about benefits (for example, number of vacation days they're eligible for)
• Delivering customer experience of the highest standards regarding the client's requests.

Job requirements:

• Fluency in Italian;
• Very good level of English (B2 at least);
• 2 years experience in payroll and HR;
