Non-voice Customer Support with German (Option for Full OR Part Time)
Your responsibilities:
- Active communication with B2B partners by email;
- Professional service by offering solutions to customers;
- Monitors the implementation of the commitments made in negotiating with clients;
- High-quality service with an individual approach to each request;
- Providing assistance and interaction with other departments of the company.

You are our perfect match if you are:
- Recent graduate with a degree in Business or a related field. Alternatively, you have up to 2 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or a similar role;
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken);
