People Operations Specialist with Portuguese and English
Main Responsibilities:
- Managing administrative procedures for the whole employee lifecycle;
- Maintaining and updating employee information in HR systems;
- Coordinating processes such as transfers, promotions, training, and performance evaluations;
- Assisting with payroll processing and managing employee benefits;
- Analyzing and suggesting improvements to employee management procedures.

Main Requirements:
- Excellent command in Portuguese and English;
- 2 years of experience in relevant position;
- Proficiency in HR software (SAP, ServiceNow, PeopleSoft).
