Non-voice Customer Support with English
Main responsibilities:
- Acting as the primary point of contact for customers regarding their accounts, deposits, bonuses, etc.;
- Assisting new customers by providing useful and correct information on the company’s online products;
- Working closely with other teams and department in resolving various cases;
- Presenting the company’s products to new or potential clients.

This would be the right role for you if you have:
- Proficiency in English (minimum C1 level);
- Excellent communication skills;
- Good computer skills;
- Ability to work in a team as well as individually;
- Previous experience as a customer support representative or knowledge regarding iGaming will be considered as an advantage.
