Customer Support Agent with Czech and Slovak (Remote)
Main responsibilities:
- Interacting with clients through email, phone and chat to discuss the company's products;
- Build meaningful relationship, answering customers questions in a friendly and professional manner;
- Working closely with internal company departments;
- Managing and updating companies database.

Job requirements:
- Fluency in Czech and Slovak(C1);
- Good level of English (B2);
- Experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage.
