Tier 1 Technical Support with German & English
Main Responsibilities:
- The main focus of the role is providing general technical support to business clients via phone and email;
- Resolving and investigating various cases and escalating them to the responsible departments;
- Help business clients reach a resolution to their problems via email or phone.

- Have excellent verbal and written German (C1/C2 Level);
- Very good English level (B2 Level);
