Our partner is a telecommunication cloud solutions provider for corporate clients. Due to the expansion of their team in Bulgaria, we are looking for a:
L1 Technical Support Specialist
Main responsibilities:
- Communicating with corporate clients regarding the company’s products via phone, chat, and email;
- Resolving technical issues related to the use of the company’s products;
- Escalating cases and offering alternative solutions when necessary;
- Offer and practice troubleshooting.

Main requirements:
- Proficiency in English (C1);
