Team Leader with German
Main responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Analysts and SME's;
- Conduct training sessions and support the ongoing development of team members;
- Be responsible for operational deliverables of the assigned team;
- Drive process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy;
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management and clients;
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and handling escalations.

Job Requirements:
- Excellent command of both German and English language (written and verbal);
- Prior experience in one of the following activities: Order Management, Master Data Management, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Accounting / Accounts Payable, Logistic Experience;
- Good listening and comprehension abilities;
- Good interpersonal and issue resolution skills;
- Strong communication, collaboration and coordination skills;
- Should have team handling skills.
