Team Lead (NEW igaming company)
Job responsibilities:
- Be the leader and motivator of a team;
- Evaluate the employees performance and create plans to improve it;
- Conduct monthly 1:1 meetings;
- Find appropriate ways to implement new processes;
- Create a fun working environment;
- Identify areas of improvement.

Job requirements:
- Fluency in English (C1 level);
