Our partner is a well-developed global company in the field of online gaming. Their aim is to build a strong organization in Sofia with 500+ employees and a 24/7 operations. For their newly established team and structure in Sofia, Bulgaria, we are looking for an experienced and ambitious professional to join on the role of Studio Manager.

The position of a Studio Manager is related to overseeing the day-to-day operations of a studio. The Studio Manager is responsible for managing the studio’s resources, and personnel, to ensure that the studio operates smoothly and efficiently. The position is designed to run reports, manage projects and help ensure operational excellence while establishing cross departmental cooperation.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for having complete oversight of the employees on their shift.
  • Support operations by running reports, managing projects, and helping to ensure operational excellence on their assigned shift at all times.
  • Manage, supervise, coach, motivate, and build team spirit.
  • Analyze employee data and performance.
  • Ensure daily manpower and oversee game presenters’ rotation and breaks.
  • Establish and maintain cross-departmental cooperation.
  • Work with internal systems.
  • Manage different projects.
  • Manage ad-hoc situations that may occur on shift in an appropriate manner.
  • Conduct routine floor walks within the studio.
  • Manage, motivate, and improve the performance of an assigned team.
  • Manage Game Presenters, Game Show Presenters, and Floor Supervisors to ensure performance meets defined standards and expectations.
  • Attend training to learn games, as necessary.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • University Degree
  • Proof of authorization to work in Bulgaria.
  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory / managerial experience within the industry.
  • Experience in online live casino operations is highly advantageous.
  • Able and comfortable to use relevant equipment and software applications.
  • Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with live streaming technologies and online gaming platforms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communications skills and friendly attitude
  • Fluency in English
  • Time management skills
