Shift Manager:

Responsibilities:

• Communicates and maintains the relationship with external and internal clients;
• Ensures proper demeanour of the staff and the functionality of the equipment;
• Manages staff under his supervision and monitors the assignment at the timetables;
• Offers transparency in the communication, periodic feedback, and a professional work environment to all employees;
• Participates in the improvement of the company’s performance with suggestions for staff management, customers’ experience, etc.
