Senior HR - Compensations and Benefits (Hybrid)
Main Responsibilities:
- Support the development and implementation of compensation and benefits programs aligned with the overall company strategy.
- Provide full support for annual compensation processes, including planning, salary range design, market benchmarking, and compensation reviews.
- Participate in global projects and audits related to the company's compensation and benefits system.
- Manage HR and Payroll budgeting, ensuring employee payments are aligned with financial planning.
- Act as the primary contact for all compensation-related inquiries, managing relationships with key stakeholders and partners.

This would be the right role for you if you have:
- Very good verbal and written English - C1;
- Previous experience in Payroll Compensation & Benefits at least 3 years;
- Excellent knowledge of the Bulgarian Labor Code Law;
- Excellent communication skills, analytical skills, and detail orientation.
