On behalf of our client, a leading international company in its sector, we are looking for responsible professional for the role of Senior Brand Manager.

The Senior Brand Manager is responsible for leading the development and execution of brand strategies to increase equity, drive growth and maximize market share. She/he works closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales and Finance, to develop and implement integrated strategic marketing plans, product launches and brand activations that meet consumer and market needs, promoting lasting brand loyalty.

Main Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and implement marketing plans by adapting global brand strategy to local needs;
  • Plan above-the-line and below-the-line strategies;
  • Track the effectiveness of marketing strategy and activities based on KPIs;
  • Develop highly efficient collaboration with brand companies;
  • Lead marketing agencies and collaborate with other external providers;
  • Manage budget planning for the assigned portfolio and expense tracking;
  • Analyze brand performance and apply insights to develop new strategies and activities (business trends, consumers, buyers, customers, and competitors);
  • Monitor and evaluate AC Nielsen report, IWSR reports and retailer sell-out data;
  • Identify opportunities and threats through careful market assessment;
  • Monitor competitors' marketing activities and develop counter strategies;
  • Assist in the realization of brand and corporate events;
  • Collaborate with sales team to drive marketing actions;
  • Collaborate with finance, logistics and sales departments.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • University Degree in Marketing or relevant field;
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing roles related to international brand management;
  • Excellent marketing skills, commercial and digital acumen;
  • Creative problem solving with a winning and growth mindset;
  • Excellent knowledge of English;
  • Agile thinking and lateral thinking;
  • Proactive and goal-oriented approach;
  • High level of analytical skills;
  • Strong organizational and project management skills;
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with senior management.
