Remote Customer Service Representative with German / Italian / Portuguese
Main responsibilities:
- Respond to phone calls and emails from clients;
- Provide information for products and services;
- Contribute to the process improvement;
- Maintain company`s data base.

Job requirements:
- Fluent level of German / Italian / Portuguese (B2-C1);
- Advanced level of English;
- Previous working experience in a similar position would be a plus;
- MS Office skills.
