Payroll Coordinator with Portuguese and English

Main Responsibilities:

  • Managing administrative procedures for onboarding and offboarding employees;
  • Maintain and update payroll records in the HR system, including contract changes;
  • Manage employee social benefits and paid leave, ensuring proper deductions and accurate enrollment;
  • Coordinating transfers, promotions, training, and performance evaluations;
  • Actively participating in optimizing internal HR processes together with team leaders and managers.

  • Excellent command of Portuguese and English (C1);
