Our partner is a multinational operational HR and accounting services provider. Due to the expansion of markets, we are looking for:
Payroll Coordinator with Portuguese and English
Main Responsibilities:
- Managing administrative procedures for onboarding and offboarding employees;
- Maintain and update payroll records in the HR system, including contract changes;
- Manage employee social benefits and paid leave, ensuring proper deductions and accurate enrollment;
- Coordinating transfers, promotions, training, and performance evaluations;
- Actively participating in optimizing internal HR processes together with team leaders and managers.

Main Requirements:
- Excellent command of Portuguese and English (C1);
- Proficiency in specialized HR software (SAP, ServiceNow etc);
- 2 years of experience on a similar role.
