Main Responsibilities:
- Supports clients by providing helpful information and answering questions via email, chat and phone;
- Providing general technical guidance and assistance in problem-solving to corporate users;
- Collecting and reviewing application documentation ensuring compliance with industry regulations in order to prevent potential risks for the company;
- Focusing on process improvement identification and development.

This would be the right role for you if you have:
- Excellent verbal and written French, Italian or German (C1 Level);
- Very good level of English (B2 Level);
- Previous experience in financial, administrative, or customer support positions will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, analytical skills, and detail orientation;
