B2B Requests Coordinator with French (OTC)
Responsibilities:
- B2B communication and resolutions, regarding the OTC procedures;
- Monitoring and analysis of received requests and strategy application;
- Track and ensure the proper follow-up of requests;
- Provide support to cash collectors and cooperate with the account receivables.

Requirements:
- High proficiency in French (C1 level);
- Previous experience in administrative roles or customer service is a must;
- Experience with SAP will be considered as a great advantage.
