B2B Requests Coordinator with French (OTC)

Responsibilities:

  • B2B communication and resolutions, regarding the OTC procedures;
  • Monitoring and analysis of received requests and strategy application;
  • Track and ensure the proper follow-up of requests;
  • Provide support to cash collectors and cooperate with the account receivables.

Requirements:
