The company is looking for a new member to join their team on the position:

Order Management Specialist with English


Main responsibilities:

  • Orders management - Insert and update information into web bases and ERP systems;
  • Completes the billing details of orders,  issues invoices, and collects payments;
  • Supports customers in using an internal ordering system and entering bank payments;
  • Ensures compliance to the company's ordering process and the efficient registration of orders;
  • Sustains and improves a smooth flow of information from customers to the company and vice versa;
  • Coordinates the warehouse workers providing them with sufficient information.

This would be the right role for you if you have:

  • Fluent level of English (C1 level);
  • Previous working experience in ERP, CRM, Information Systems, and client platforms;
  • Customer service experience 2-3 years;
  • Knowledge of Logistics or Supply chain processes;
  • Desirable job experience at one of the sector's companies or aluminum trading companies.
