Office Manager with English
Main Responsibilities:
- Managing the administrative team;
- Dealing with internal and external correspondence;
- Schedule meetings and appointments; book flight tickets, restaurants e.t.c.;
- Organize the office layout and order stationery and equipment;
- Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs;
- Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies as necessary.

Job requirements:
- Excellent level of English (C1 Level);
- Excellent communication skills;
- Good MS Office skills;
- 4+ years of experience in a corporate environment - Office Manager , Administrative manager e.t.c.
