Non-voice support specialist with German & English (home office)

Main Responsibilities:

• Supporting clients at all levels via email;

• Responding to customer inquiries regarding the financial service;

• Guiding clients through procedures and providing extensive product knowledge;

• Establishing client trust and satisfaction through professional support.

This would be the right role for you if you have:

• Very good verbal and written German (B2 - C1 Level);

• Very good level of English (B2 – C1 Level);

• Experience in a similar area would be considered as an advantage;

• Excellent communication skills, analytical skills, and detail orientation.
