Client Coordinator with German (fully remote)
Main Responsibilities:
- Answering customer queries via phone, chat and email regarding the company's products and services;
- Offering additional products and services;
- Proposing solutions to customers tailored to their needs;
- Maintaining an up-to-date customer base and working with CRM system.
