The main responsibilities would include:
- Being the first point of contact for clients with account-related questions;
- Being initiating proactive contact with newly registered and active players via chat (mainly), phone, or email;
- Working closely with other internal and external departments to help solve customer queries and issues;
- Providing a high level of support, whilst engaging with new casino and sportsbook customers by understanding their needs and presenting them the benefits of playing with us.
