Our partner is a leading online, mobile, and POS payment service provider. Currently, their team is expanding and our client is looking for a motivated individual to join their team in the role of:

KYC Specialist with Hungarian

Main Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first line of defense in identifying, preventing, and minimizing financial risks within the organization;
  • Perform KYC (Know Your Customer) and KYB (Know Your Business) checks for European clients to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements;
  • Ensure adherence to AML (Anti-Money Laundering) policies and jurisdictional Customer Identification Program manuals;
  • Conduct screening of entities and individuals against sanctions lists, adverse media, and Politically Exposed Persons (PEP) databases;
  • Communicate directly with clients via phone and email to request additional information or documentation related to KYC/KYB procedures;
  • Address regulatory requirements by conducting thorough due diligence on clients to ensure full compliance with internal and external policies.

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written Hungarian (C1 Level);
  • Very good level of English (B2 Level);
  • University degree in Business, Economics or Finance, or another relevant field;
  • Previous experience in financial, administrative, or customer support positions will be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills, analytical skills, and detail orientation.
