Entry-Level Client Advisor with German / French / Czech
Main responsibilities:
- Advice and inform customers regarding clients' products and services;
- Identify, research, and resolve product issues and queries;
- Maintain accuracy and security of customer information on the database.

Job requirements:
- Fluency in German / French or Czech both written and spoken (C1);
- Working level of English (B2 level);
- Similar experience would be a plus;
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
