Customer Support Team Lead with English
What are the main tasks?
- Managing and training a team of 10 agents;
- Resolving escalated customer cases and monitoring agent inquiries;
- Ensuring quality execution of assigned tasks – providing and receiving feedback;
- Preparing analyses and reports related to team performance and customer satisfaction;
- Optimizing processes and cross-functional collaboration with other departments.

What do you need to have?
- Excellent command of English (C1);
- Strong communication and politeness;
- Proven leadership and analytical skills;
- At least 2 years of experience in customer support team management.
