For one of our clients, an innovative and leading company specializing in client services, we are looking for:
Customer Support Representative with Polish and English (home office)
Main responsibilities:
- Managing different requests and providing accurate information about products and services;
- Supporting clients by providing helpful information and answering questions via phone and social media;
- Collaborating closely with colleagues across the entire international business;
- Managing and documenting customer interactions in our client's CRM system.

Job requirements:
- Fluency in Polish language;
- Very good command of the English language;
- Previous experience in a customer support position is a plus;
- Excellent communication skills, analytical skills, and detail orientation.
