Chat and Email Specialist with Polish and English
Main responsibilities:
- Advice and inform customers regarding clients' products and services;
- Identify, research, and resolve product issues and queries concerning part/product replacement and execute solutions in line with local procedures;
- Maintain accuracy and security of customer information on the database.

Job requirements:
- Fluency in Polish (C1);
- Good level of English (B2);
- Experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage;
- Being able to work from the office in Sofia.
