Client Advisor with Dutch / German / French OR Italian (4/6 or 8 hours)
Main Responsibilities:
- Follow up and manage order-related requests;
- Provide general support to the clients via phone and email regarding customer inquiries;
- Resolve and investigate various cases and escalate them to the responsible departments.

Job requirements:
- Excellent level of Dutch/German/ French OR Italian (C1 Level);
- Working level of English;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Good MS Office skills;
- Previous administrative or customer care experience will be an advantage.
