Chat and Email with English (Sofia Location)
Main responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients via chat and email;
- Provide information about company products;
- Maintain company’s database.

Job requirements:
- Advanced level of verbal and written English (C1 Level);
- Previous experience on a Customer/ Technical Support position;
