Chat and Email Specialist with Greek
What are your main responsibilities?
- Communicating with users regarding the company's services via e-mail and live chat;
- Informing players about new requirements and upcoming bonuses;
- Opening and closing accounts;
- Resolving daily cases related to user experience and site functionalities.
