Back Office Specialist with German

‍Main Responsibilities: ‍

• Supporting clients at all levels via email;
• Utilizing a dedicated internal software system for data management and storage;
• Guiding clients through procedures and providing extensive product knowledge;
• Establishing client trust and satisfaction through professional service.
