B2B Support Specialist with French, Italian, Dutch, Greek, or Hungarian
Main responsibilities:
- Supports business clients by providing helpful information and answering questions via phone and email;
- Providing general technical guidance and assistance in problem-solving to corporate users from international companies ;
- Collecting and reviewing application documentation ensuring compliance with industry regulations in order to prevent potential risks for the company;
- Focusing on process improvement identification and development.

This would be the right role for you if you have:
- Excellent verbal and written French, Italian, Dutch, Greek or Hungarian (C1 Level);
- Very good level of English (B2 Level);
- University degree in Business, Economics or Finance, or another relevant field;
- Previous experience in financial, administrative, or customer support positions will be an advantage;
- Excellent communication skills, analytical skills, and detail orientation.
