Travel experience advisor with German
Main responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries via online channels (email,chat, social media, etc.);
- Understand customers' travel preferences and requirements to offer tailored recommendations;
- Advise on travel destinations, accommodations, activities,and transportation options;
