Technical Support Specialist with German and English (Level 2)
Main responsibilities:
- Support the team in resolving most complex requestsor escalations;
- Cooperate with team members to solve support problems;
- Maintain and update records in the company`s system.

Job requirements:
- Fluency in German (B2/C1) and working level of English (B2);
- Previous experience as a Technical/Customer Support is a must;
- Working knowledge of SAP/PowerShell/Linux;
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office pack.
