Technical Support Engineer Level 3

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to clients;

•Communicate with non-technical and technical staff to resolve technical issues on specific applications;

• Mentor more junior staff in the department;

• Reading and changing codes;

• Troubleshooting network issues.
