Technical Support Engineer Level 3
Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support to clients;
• Communicate with non-technical and technical staff to resolve technical issues on specific applications;
• Mentor more junior staff in the department;
• Troubleshooting network issues.

Requirements:
• 3+ years experience in Enterprise Technical Support;
• Familiarity with SQL database structure;
• Experience with Microsoft Windows Engineering;
• Knowledge of .NET Development and ERP Systems is a plus;
• Troubleshooting experience.
