Technical Support Agent with Spanish (Night shifts)
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide advanced Hardware, Software, and Network problem diagnosis resolution to customers and end-users;
- Perform High-level technical guidance and assistance in problem-solving, analyze system logs, and perform remote troubleshooting;
- Maintain thorough documentation of troubleshooting steps, issue resolutions, and customer interactions to facilitate knowledge sharing and improve support efficiency;
- Consistently achieve client KPIs and actively participate in the improvement of the existing client Knowledge Database;

This would be the right role for you if you:
- Have excellent verbal and written Spanish (C1/C2 Level);
- Very good level of English (B2)
- Previous experience in Software and Hardware troubleshooting support will be considered an advantage;
- Experience with Networking, VoIP, and Linux will be considered an advantage;
- Analytical and systematic problem-solving skills are required;
