Team Leader with German
Main responsibilities:
- Identify the sales team goals and evaluate the sales team progress;
- Ensure company goals and objectives are being met by each employee and provide constructive feedback;
- Monitor and manage the day-to-day team operations to deliver the set by the client SLAs/KPIs'
- Improving the performance of the team;
- Prepare regular reports on current tasks.

Job requirements:
- Experience in managing customer support in the BPO field;
- Experience as Sales Agent;
- Excellent level in German (C1 level);
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail;
- Practical knowledge of Zendesk, Intercom, or Slack is considered an advantage.
