For one of our clients, an innovative and leading company specializing in client services, we are looking for:

Team Leader with French

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Analysts and Subject Matter Experts;
  • Address escalation calls and provide coaching to the team;
  • Facilitate training sessions and refreshers as needed;
  • Act as the senior SME, guiding and supporting the overall team;
  • Oversee the operational deliverables, ensuring adherence to TAT and accuracy;
  • Manage queues and inquiries based on agreed metrics;
  • Identify and lead process improvement and transformation opportunities;
  • Drive initiatives like Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Root Cause Analysis (RCA);
  • Produce and manage daily and monthly SLA/KPI reports on performance and business metrics;
  • Serve as the client's primary escalation point for performance or service-level issues within the team.

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent command of both French and English (C1);
  • Prior experience in one of the following activities: Order Management, Master Data Management, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Accounting / Accounts Payable, and Logistic Experience;
  • Good listening and comprehension abilities;
  • Ability to effectively communicate, probe, and understand customer issues and provide first-call resolution;
  • Good interpersonal and issue-resolution skills;
  • Strong collaboration and coordination skills.
