Shift Leader with English (Online Gaming)

‍

Main responsibilities:

• Management and monitoring of complex customer-related cases;
• Quality check of the performance of the agents, giving and receiving feedback;
• Briefing team members, creating daily, weekly and monthly reports;
• Onboarding, training and developing agents.
