Our partner is a well-known international company. Currently, they are opening their new shared service center in Bulgaria and we are looking for a motivated and eager-to-learn professional to join their team in the role of:

‍Senior Accounts Receivable with English and/or Romanian (New Shared Service Center)

‍

Main Responsibilities:‍

• Responsible for the day-to-day Accounts Receivable operations including issue identification and evaluation;
• Independently processes receipts, electronic bank statements, and cash allocation, ensuring high-level complexities are handled effectively;
• Contribute to the processing of receipts (processing of electronic bank statements and cash allocation), and direct debit runs;
• Customer account maintenance and periodic closing;
• Replying to customer queries while maintaining a high level of customer service;
• Prepare various AR reports for the stakeholders and customers.

Job Requirements:‍

• Fluency in English (C1);
• Good level of Romanian (B2) will be considered an advantage;
• Understanding of GAAP and IFRS;
• Degree in Economics or Business Administration preferably major in accounting;
• At least 3 years of experience in the area of Accounting;
• Experience in Accounts Receivable processes in a complex and international business environment;
• Advanced knowledge of Finance and Accounting end-to-end processes.
