Security Supervisor

Main responsibilities:

• Responsible for the physical security of the manufacturing site;
• Oversee daily security operations and personnel on an assigned shift/site;
• Effectively lead, train, and mentor new and current security personnel;
• Conduct shift briefings on operations and events;
• Execute and supervise special events on site and at remote locations;
• Communicate effectively to leadership during incidents and prepare reports;
• Assist in the development of security policies,procedures, and post orders;
• Develop solid relationships with the local law enforcement agencies and emergency services.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) and security/safety experience;
• Knowledge of corporate security programs and procedures;
• Experience and knowledge of enterprise access control systems;
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to manage emergencies and de-escalate tense situations;
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of management
• Enthusiastic, professional, and mature
• Proficient in iOS and PC operating systems and software
