We are looking for responsible professional for the role of Sales Specialist DX (IVD).
The Sales Specialist DX (IVD) is responsible for driving sales by building and nurturing client relationships, understanding client needs, and matching them with the right products. This role involves staying updated on industry trends, identifying new sales opportunities, collecting client feedback, participating in promotional activities, and ensuring post-sales support. The Sales Specialist will manage client records, engage in professional training, and collaborate with teams to ensure timely product delivery and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stay informed about competitors' products and financial positioning.
- Collect and analyze market share information.
- Initiate and maintain client relationships.
- Recommend appropriate scientific equipment solutions based on client needs.
- Showcase products through presentations and demonstrations.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales quotas.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions.
- Identify new market opportunities and customer segments.
- Gather and relay client feedback to Product Management and Marketing.
- Suggest product enhancements based on customer needs.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities.
- Utilize the company's EBS system for tracking leads and customer interactions.
- Ensure post-sales support with the Customer Service - Tenders team.
- Negotiate pricing, delivery, and payment terms with clients.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for timely delivery.
- Follow up with clients to confirm satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team on campaigns and product launches.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- University degree in a related scientific field (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Medicine) or relevant.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of sales experience, preferably in scientific equipment or related industry.
- Familiarity with laboratory environments and hands-on experience with scientific equipment are highly desirable.
- Proven track record in meeting sales targets and experience with CRM tools.
- Strong communication skills for presenting, negotiating, and closing deals.
- Ability to address client concerns and find solutions.
- Efficient in scheduling and task management.
- Proficient in negotiation and deal-making.
- Ability to provide post-sales support.
- Awareness of medical device regulations, industry trends, and market challenges.
- Knowledge of effective sales techniques and strategies.
- Familiarity with CRM software and tools.
- Knowledge of relevant industry regulations.
- Excellent knowledge of English.
- Valid driving license.
