• Engage with Romanian-speaking customers to ensure a top-notch experience
• Develop and apply strategies to boost customer retention and loyalty
• Analyze customers' betting patterns to identify potential areas for improvement
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance engagement
• Offering technical solutions
