Retention Coordinator with Romanian
Main responsibilities:
- Engage with Romanian-speaking customers to ensure a top-notch experience
- Develop and apply strategies to boost customer retention and loyalty
- Analyze customers' betting patterns to identify potential areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance engagement
- Offering technical solutions

Main requirements:
- Fluency in Romanian and good command of English
- Good typing and computer skills (MS Office applications)
- Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Previous experience in a customer service center or in a sales position is an advantage.
